What am I receiving?

You will be mailed an original illustration (completed in ink and marker) in the size you choose for your order.

How long until my portrait ships?

3 weeks or less. USPS priority shipping is included in the price of your order.

If I order a portrait of multiple pets, do they have to be in a photo together?

Nope! You can send me multiple photos and I will work with you to create a composition that makes sense.

Can you change the color of an accessory and remove the collar?

Of course! I will always verify whether to include details like collars and tags, and can always change colors and designs on accessories!

Can I have more than 3 pets in a portrait or a larger portrait?

Absolutely! Contact me to discuss options for a custom project. I can do larger or custom sizes, more pets, or any animal you have in mind. I have several custom projects on my pet portrait portfolio page!
